THE LAST DAY OF REGULAR CLASSES IS FRIDAY, JUNE 16th
There are three final weeks left in our season! The classes you are currently registered for will continue through June 16th, 2023. We hope you all have a wonderful summer! We have a lot of wonderful classes happening this summer and would love to see you dancing!
Our new season will begin on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Our teachers can’t wait to see our students continue to grow and flourish.
NOTE: We charge the same amount every month for convenience and consistency for our families. Holidays and studio closures are factored into the season’s tuition amount and are then broken into even monthly payments.
JUNE 3 DRESS REHEARSAL AND CLASS PICTURES – TIME TO REGISTER FOR PICTURES
(ONLY FOR THOSE PERFORMING IN JUNE 17 CONCERT, included in your performance package)
This event will take place at Mid-Valley Performing Art Center. Your child’s time can be found in your personal event details by visiting our WEBSITE PORTAL and logging in to your PARENT PORTAL. Click the navigator on the top left and select “View my performances”
Several of you are in more than one routine. Please pay close attention to the times. Dancers must be pre-registered for pictures. If you have not done this PLEASE complete this task today. Register at https://www.hellodancerphotography.com/customers/sign_in
Can dads and dancers have their pictures taken? YES, when registering your dancer, you will add on the dad dance picture option. They will get their picture taken when they are there for group pictures. Remember to bring your concert shirt and black bottoms for your dancer. Dads will wear their concert shirt and Levi pants with tennis shoes.
CONCERT GIFTS FOR YOUR STUDENT
We are excited to offer some concert gifts for your dancers. Use this form to order FLOWERS, BACKPACKS, CANDY BOUQUETS, ROSES, and LOVE NOTES. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Orders are due by June 3rd and will be available for pick up at the recital.
JUNE 7 TUMBLING EXHIBITION
All information can be found in our portal on our website. Check it out by clicking on “Tumbling Exhibition” in the parent portal.
NON-PERFORMING TUMBLERS
We will NOT be holding any evening tumbling classes on Wednesday, June 7th due to the Tumbling Exhibition. If you are not participating in the Tumbling Exhibition our Customer Care Team will be reaching out to you with a make-up class option for June.
JUNE 15 BANANA SPLIT PARTY
If your dancer passed of their splits this season, they will be receiving a special invite via email with details to join us for our annual banana split party!
Performers will be receiving weekly emails leading up to the big day! All information can be found in our portal on our website. Check it out by clicking on “Concert Info” in the parent portal.

FOR PARENTS OF PRESCHOOL DANCERS- JUNE THEME
What a wonderful year we have had with your kiddo! We have enjoyed watching them grow and can’t wait to share their love of dance with you at the recital. This month our theme is “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.” This month we will be doing a BIG review of all the wonderful things your dancer has learned this year. We will be focusing on recital dances as well as celebrating their accomplishments for the year. We hope you have enjoyed our preschool dance program as much as we have enjoyed your dancer! We look forward to making many more memories with all of you!
FALL PRESCHOOL IS FILLING UP FAST!
We are still accepting registration for Fall 2023 Preschool! The benefit to our preschool is that it INCLUDES our dance and tumbling classes! Get it all done in one! There is no reason to sign up for separate dance, tumbling, and preschool programs! We offer it all and have the BEST TEACHERS around! MURRAY 4TH OF JULY FUN DAYS PARADE
We will be participating in this year’s Murray 4th of July Fun Days Parade. I hope ALL of you will join us! NO practices just come ride along, wave, and have fun! Wear your Concert shirt and black shorts and ride on our float! Sign up today!
