This log provides us with documentation needed when making decisions on behavior difficulties that are not making any improvement. These situations must be added to the log:

• • Any time we discuss specific difficult behavior at pick-up (we only approach parents about behavior when it is disrupting the class or making other students not feel safe)
  • Any time we make a phone call to discuss behavior concerns
  • Any time we dismiss a child from a classroom to settle down or reset in the hallway or in the office
  • Any time a child is sent home early (including a bathroom accident)
  • Any time we hold a meeting with a parent about progress
