SPECIALTY ROUTINE & 1:1 SCHEDULING HUB
SCHEDULE 1:1 LESSON W/ AN INSTRUCTOR:
Dancers doing a specialty routine are are required to book a minimum amount of cleaning sessions with a teacher. (half hour session $30) Collective (3), Performing (5) if this is your first solo, you’ll likely need more cleaning sessions to be prepared.
We strongly encourage dancers to be consistent all year long in scheduling 1:1 lessons. The real benefit of performing a solo/duo/trio is the yearlong journey to grow as you strengthen your skills, build your technique, and have the opportunity for customized training time with a teacher. The experience can really push you if you allow the solo to be a steppingstone in your commitment to growth. If you’re dedicated enough for a solo, we recommend reaping the full benefits and making personalized learning time a priority. Summer is a great time to focus on growth.
Collective dancers are required to schedule a technique 1:1 lesson each month OR apply for a specialty routine.
SPECIALTY GROUP LESSON DETAILS:
After cleaning rehearsals are completed in early fall you will continue to rehearse in with an instructor in a group setting from November 1 to April 30. For a routine to look its best, you need to continually be practicing to keep improving.
Group rehearsals are not meant to clean routines, they are used to build endurance, muscle memory and enhance performance quality. If your dancer needs to schedule additional cleaning sessions when group rehearsals begin, we will let you know.
Rehearsal fees are $15 per small group lesson or $7.50 for a large group lesson and will be added to monthly tuition from November 1-April 30. Each solo/duo/trio will have approximately 2 group rehearsals per month.
Group rehearsals are not guaranteed to be on the day of your class schedule. Plan on the possibility of Friday and Saturday group rehearsals.
The group rehearsal schedule will be available mid-October by logging into the parent portal and clicking "My Schedule".

Mentors are available to work with dancers on the following teams: Teeny, Mini, Mini Elite, Petites and Juniors. Lessons are $12 for 30 minutes.
