Congratulations! Being on Junior Performing Company means:

  • You will attend classes 2 days per week
  • You will compete in 2 group routine at 4 local competitions
  • You will have 2-4 additional performance opportunities throughout the year
  • You will attend Summer Workshop: June 23-24 (Mon @ Studio 56 & Tues @ EDP Bntl studio)
  • You will attend Summer Intensive: July 14 & 15 (at the studio)
  • You will learn choreography during Boot Camp: August 25-30 (at the studio)
  • You will attend 5 summer technique classes (choose 5 dates): June 16, 30, July 7, 21, 28, August 11, 19 
  • You will attend Winter Dance Challenge: Jan 30-31, 2026 (at the studio)
  • You will perform in the Company Showcase and Concert May, 2026

    • A parent of every dancer is required to attend their team meeting. We will be reviewing company handbook, calendars, and going over the year’s expectations/requirements for our company families. This is a mandatory company meeting that will ensure we are able to have a successful year together.  

Summer Class Attire:

  • Freestyle, but ballet appropriate! Leotard, tights, ballet shoes
  • Tights must be in clean/good condition
  • Pink ballet shoes, jazz shoes, tennis shoes (dancers without jazz shoes will go barefoot until their new shoes get here)
  • Hair in a tight bun using bobby pins and a hair net (tutorial HERE)

FALL SCHEDULE: Begins Tuesday, September 2nd

  • Tuesdays, 4:00-7:15pm
      • Classes: Jazz, Ballet, Tap
      • Attire: black leotard, pink tights, hair in bun, jazz & tap shoes
  • Thursdays, 4:30-7:30
    • Classes: Choreo, Ballet, Tumbling
    • Attire: Team leotard, pink tights, hair in bun, ballet & jazz shoes

FINANCIAL BREAKDOWN:

  • By June 15:
    • $30: Discounted Membership fee
    • $130: Summer Tuition
  • July 1:
    • $130: Summer Tuition
    • First of year order
  • July 16:
    • $250: Company Dancer Kit for 2025-26 (team gear & class uniform)
  • August 1:
    • $130: Summer Tuition
  • August 16-April 16:
    • $114.50: Monthly Team Fees (10 payments, due Aug-May)
  • September 1-May 1:
    • $208: Monthly Tuition (due Sept-May)
  • May 16, 2026
    • $114.50: Monthly Team Fees (10 payments, due Aug-May)
    • Any adjustments from Contingency Fund will be applied
  • Other: 
    • Shoes and tights for performances are not included in program fees – they are due after choreography and costuming is set in the fall. This could include jazz shoes, character shoes, hip hop shoes ($60-$95), etc.

What do you need to do next?

Dancers need to be registered and submit all first-of-year forms NO LATER than June 15th at 8pm.
