Elite Performing Company is for beginning to intermediate dancers 2nd-12th grade who love to perform and want to progress faster by doing a little bit more. Elite Company dancers will grow artistically in the genres of ballet, jazz, hip hop, tumbling, and lyrical.

This is a great fit for:

      • Dancers who are ready for more commitment and want their main focus to be dance.
      • Dancers who work hard in class with no behavior difficulties.

Elite Performing Company is divided into teams:

      • Mini Elite Company
      • Petite Elite Company
      • Junior Elite Company
      • Teen Elite Company

Being a member of Elite Company means:

      • You will be attending classes 3 days per week. (could be 4 days for older teams until the addition to our space is complete)
      • You will compete in 3 group routines at 4 competitions
      • Beginning in third grade, dancers have the opportunity to be selected for 1 additional “optional” routine.
      • You will have 2-4 additional performance opportunities throughout the year.
      • You will attend Summer Intensive July 10-13.
      • You will learn choreography during Boot Camp August 7-12 & August 28-31.

      • You will perform in the Company Showcase and Concert in June.

Attendance Expectation:

We believe the discipline of dance training gives young people a better understanding of commitment through learning, experiencing the spirit of teamwork, and discovering what they can accomplish through hard work. Company dancers are expected to have at least 90% attendance at all classes and rehearsals. If a dancer is below 75% attendance, they will be removed from performances until their attendance returns to over 75%. Dancers should be on time to all classes, dress rehearsals, dance conventions, competitions and performances.

      • Not all applicants will be chosen for a solo/duo/trio routine every year. There are many factors that go into the decisions for approving solos, duos, and trios. If we feel you could benefit by supplementing your training this year with a solo, duo, or trio, you'll be approved. If we feel there are other avenues best suited for your growth and progress as a dancer this year, we'll help you know what those are so you can continue on the best path for your dance journey.
